By accessing the Sentinel Trust API ("Service"), provided by RiskSignal Intelligence, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Engagement
Sentinel provides autonomous reputation assessment and bot mitigation through its API vectors. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to integrate our Service into your applications.
2. API Usage & Quotas
- You are responsible for the security of your API keys (Trust Vectors).
- Usage is subject to the quotas associated with your account tier.
- Requests exceeding your quota may be throttled or blocked to protect system integrity.
- The use of the Service for any illegal activities or to facilitate harassment is strictly prohibited.
3. Proactive Security
Sentinel leverages global telemetry. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process technical data from your clients to calculate risk scores. You must ensure your own privacy policy discloses the use of third-party security providers to your end-users.
4. Availability & Liability
While we target 99.9% uptime, Sentinel is provided "as is." We are not liable for any downtime, false positives, or false negatives in our reputation engine. Our decisions are probabilistic assessments and should be used as one signal among many in your security stack.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these terms or non-payment of professional tier subscriptions.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RiskSignal Intelligence operates.
